Don’t know why he submitted that photo of himself. I think he was overexcited about getting interviewed so he rushed to take a photo for it.
For some reason, I feel he looks like a teddy bear. I’m going to call him teddy bear from now on. I’m so proud of my teddy bear. Go teddy, go teddy!~~

i got my dell laptop (bought under small business) stolen last yr n wanted them to look up my serial code for me so i could pass it onto the police. i got passed from one person to another who were nice n did try, but didn't know how to help me. so they passed me to someone obviously higher up the rank who was exceptionally efficient n nice n very promptly was able to look up all the details i needed! i remember being very impressed by the efficiency n quality of service. could the person i spoke to be yinhow?? :o
