Ta-da

Brocolli with oyster sauce, fried egg, tom yam flavoured steam fish, and "old cucumber" soup.

Not bad... not bad at all... considering I came home from work and cooked it alone while waiting for the hubby to come home.

The whole fish cost me RM20, soooo sakit hati buying it.

Jas: Min's reluctance to cook for us a bit fishy la. Makes me wonder if she just cook the rice only and copy and paste the recipes on her blog whilst the person who's doing all the cooking is actually Yin How.

P/S: The thumb in the picture looks like Yin How's thumb summore.

Hahaha... it's Yin How's thumb in the photo. He was happy coming home from work to find so much food ready for dinner ma!

And I don't take credit for other ppl's work ok. It's 100% Mindy's cooking. :P

And I didn't claim that the food shown in the photo is yummy. I just said I cooked 4 dishes.

Haha...ok la, so looking forward to the '100% Mindy's cooking' - 5 different dishes (plus mashed potato) that we'll be having at your place.

Thanks ya. :)
